Coffee Talk

I’ve heard about the benefits of good coffee, but in specific I saw a show on tv that said fresh roasted and ground coffee was REALLY good for you (in moderation of course). Does anyone have further info on this, or know anything about what benefits it brings?

LISTEN UP PEOPLE, I’m beginning to believe this is the culprit to the onset of Type 2 Diabetes, They are putting it in everything. I was reading labels the other day and it’s even in mayonaise. Everywhere you look it’s there. And I bet you know of someone who has this disease, right? Please read the labels and refrain from buying foods with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Just a heads up guys. Do it for yourself and for the ones you love.

Well my friend. In this age an time, nothing’s good for you. All things have something that’s bad or harmful. But otherwise all things have something that’s tasteful or makes you feel better. I say, if you are going to die. Do you want to die healthy and wantful or die really sick but satisfied.
