I have a Keurig coffee brewer and would like to sell fresh brewed coffee at a flea market. The coffee is packaged in individual cups per-serving, so there is no health risk. I plan on selling vintage clothing and jewelry, scrapbooking stuff.

It just really depends on where you are. I know that where I live you have to have a temporary license to sell any food or drink anywhere. You might want to check the laws in your town first.
