I’m going to go to Starbuck’s to buy coffee for my espresso machine, but I’m not sure which one to buy. I want to make white chocolate mochas at home.

Just tell them exactly that and they’ll help you pick out the right selection.

You want to buy a dark espresso roast, they should have a least one available.

I prefer blends of coffee because they include both dark and light roasted beans. Try to ask for shade grown coffee. I don’t know if they have any, but they should. Shade grown coffee does not contribute toward deforestation because the coffee trees are planted under the shade of adult trees.

Starbucks have a wonderful choice. Explain your preference in roast-type (dark, medium etc) and the type of coffee machine you have - that makes a difference as to what ground you use.
I always buy whole beans. It’s my morning ritual, grind the beans, make the coffee. The house smells wonderful:)
