The cheapest coffee at Starbucks is most likely the “brew of the day”. You can have it either hot or iced. Most Starbucks now serve Pike Place Roast and house blend every day!
Brew of the day Hot or Iced Coffee:
Tall = $1.40
Grande = $1.60
Venti = $1.70
Decaffeinated coffee, non-fat milk, and soy milk are available upon request at no extra charge. For most Starbucks drinks, you can add:
Caramel - .35¢ Espresso Shot - .55¢ Flavor Shot - .55¢
Choices…choices…choices…! Have Fun!

I drink cafe americano without cream or sugar, my wife drinks it with both milk and sugar.
(I’m of the generation that serves milk with tea and cream with coffee.)
And cheap is not a word that I associate with Starbuck’s prices.

Yup the house blend is cheapest
Also the americano- I always get syrup in those instead of milk and sugar.
The shaken iced tea is real cheap too but obviously it isn’t coffee

I heard there’s a “short” (8oz) size that isn’t posted on their menu but you can ask for. The short drip coffee would be the cheapest coffee there.
