i drink a cup of coffee every morning to have energy for exercising though it is not good for health so whats better than coffee and energy drinks to keep my level up?
GREEN TEA. i was a coffee addict until i discovered that the green tea gives me a lot more energy which lasts longer. coffee only gives you a short rush and then you begin feeling tired,
the teas release the energy at a slower rate, don’t cause digestive and cardiac problems.
and you don’t feel just ‘high’, you feel good.
the only thing is, they start working a little slower than coffee.
which is , actually, healthier.

If you like soda-like energy drinks, try Monster Energy, the BLUE kind. Its good, gives energy, and has little calories and carbs!

My husband and I use the 5 hour drink. It has so much vitamin B thats really important for energy. It doesn’t have a crash effect on people like most.

You might want to try experimenting with different teas.
