Coffee Talk

I am 15 and do not drink coffee, and haven’t tasted it for a while, but most of my peers do, one said since age 7! This isn’t a peer pressure thing, but I was just wondering?

You decide when you want to start.Sure coffee has caffiene so does soda pop which is actullaly worse for you. All the sugars in it. If you drink tea it is the same as drinking coffee except it has more caffiene. I have ben drinking coffee for almost 30 years cant get enough of it. Im 37 now.

I don’t think 15yr olds need to drink coffee. At that age you should be full of natural energy. I didn’t start drinking coffee till I was 18. It is not a good ideal to drink coffee everyday because you can become addicted to the caffeine. Then you have to start every day with a cup just feel awake. That is nothing you want to start at such an early ages.

I would say the same age they drink Coke or any other caffinated drink. In my opinion about 13. I feel that Coffee is better for you than soft drinks since you don’t get all that sugar or even worse nutrasweet.
