Coffee Talk

For christmas I plan on getting the parents a coffee maker that doesn’t break down within a year. At home we have really hard water that tends to chew up most modern coffee makers, I need one that can handle that along with having a timer/etc all those good things.

That’s a good one. I strongly reccomend anything by Senseo for heavy duty coffee makers.

we bought one 15yrs ago… and it was made in 1947.. and apart from changing a seal, its still as good as new. and it sits on the gas ring (or electric) they also do one with an expresso frother… and for a change, this produces HOT coffee… (unlike electric percs)
look on ebay… new theyre around 120quid… i got ours for 10 quid secondhand
