What Is A Good Accent Piece For My New Coffee Table?

Coffee Talk

I just purchased my first piece of new furniture for my loft. I will be buying new pieces starting next year. I am going for a modern theme. The coffee table is an eggplant shape, light birch wood but the legs go up “through” the table about 7″ and a second glass piece rests on top. What would look good on the table?

Get you a short gold fish bowl with a Beta in it… OR a small rock water fall …They will look good on the glass…BUT don’t get them over 6 to 7 in tall…

I would choose a tray of some kind and put about 5 big thick candles in it. Surround the candles with decorative rocks and or pebbles . It makes for a really nice display. You can find everything you need at Pier One or someplace like it. It is functional and attractive.

Pick something that reflects your personality. Group like objects in odd numbers for a more decorative look.

You could put a blanket of fake (or real) grass inbetween the glass and wood. It would bring color and a freshness to the room. It could be like a different kind of flower box and I bet it would be a good convo starter

A Bible or an old book. Also one of those cowboys on horseback in bronze always looks good to me.
