The first thing you can do is look for the local coffee roasters in your area and stop by for a “cupping”, so that you start to learn to distinguish the different espresso flavors. The big roasting companies would be the ones who hire people to sample the espresso roasts, so it would be best to find a big company like Dillanos or Starbucks to talk to about what steps to take in this career path.
