I’m sensitive to a lot of coffee. I get stomach aches if the acid content is too high. I tried the Foldger’s Soothing which is supposed to be gentle on my stomach, but it still makes me gassy. (sorry for that detail haha) Any other ideas what kind of ground coffee I can use to brew that won’t upset my stomach?

Ok. I’m going to answer on the healthy side of the question. Most people have issues when drinking coffee, for the very reason you said, the acidity levels. But you also might want to make sure, especially if you’re putting creamer in it, that your not lactose intolerant.
There is a new product out there that was just released. It is AA Arabica Bean that is Specialty Roasted so that the coffee is not burned, and in return causes a bean with a lower acidity level when compared to conventional roasting. It’s produced through Boresha Coffee, a new up and coming coffee business out in California.
They have a couple lines of product, but Boresha’s Coffee is from Africa, 100% Organic, AA Arabica bean, and specialty roasted. It’s is All Natural and a VERY healthy way to enjoy your cup of joe and still keep the quality of flavor and aroma that we all love.
You can learn more about it at http://www.boreshaskinnycoffee.com.
To try a Free Sample packet you can go to http://igetpaidtodrinkcoffee.com/angelas… There is a small fee of $2.95 to help cover the cost of shipping, but each sample yields over 12 cups of coffee. You can try one of their coffees or all four.
If you have any other questions or need help getting a sample feel free to email me at angela@boreshaskinnycoffee.com.

Have you ever tried cold brewed coffee? The acid content is very low and it is in general very good for people with a sensitive stomach. Not everyone likes the taste, but it’s well worth trying. You can find out more about cold brew coffee here: http://www.espresso-machines-and-coffee-…
You can try making it at home without any coffee maker - just put half a cup of ground coffee into 2 cups of cold water, stir it and leave the mixture at room temperature for 12 hours (or more). Then you will need to sieve it through something like a cheesecloth of fine mesh sieve to remove the grounds. What you get is a coffee concentrate that you dilute to your liking with hot water or milk (it you like you coffee hot you may need to give it a short blast in a microwave).
You can also get the Toddy coffee maker (http://www.espresso-machines-and-coffee-… ) - that is supposed to make the cold brewing easier.
