I have a Mr Coffee and another cheap brand and neither really produces a HOT cup of coffee. I would like to know what experiences others have had please.
Hands down, BUNN. Bunn is noted for it’s ability to brew and retain a VERY hot cup of coffee. Restaurants usually use the bunn commercial makers, but home versions are available for around $100.
We recently purchased a Sunbeam 10 -12 cup coffee maker. The coffee really stays hot, sometimes for the second cup, I need to add cold water, since I drink it black. I replaced a Mr. Coffee, also.

Cuisinart is the best! … and mine brews into a thermal pot, that keeps it PIPING HOT up to 8 hours! (so it isn’t sitting on a burner) …….
