The 60 cup coffee urn is a great item. Works good and brews coffee in a shorter time than others I have used. Keep warm feature is one item that I like. This is my second purchase of a 60 cup coffee urn, as the first item was not engineered very good and is subject to breaking the view glass. The West Bend does a better job in that area.

The item does work.
It could be improved.
(1) Permanently-attached cord is too short being a little over 2 feet long. It barely reaches from a standard table top down to the standard height electrical outlet.
(2) An ON/OFF switch would really be nice.
