the book dose not explain much and it is not realistic at all some of the pictures dose not really appaer in your in drinking a cup of coffee . an example would be like the american slag or BBQ chiken ect. also some explnations are wrong e.g the sign of the eye the book says it is good but in fact it is a bad thing
