Like the others, I am shocked this product is still on the market. I have had this tea maker for about 4 years now, and for the past year it spills everywhere when you try to pour the awkward shaped/heavy pitcher. Looking for a replacement. Also, the double insulated acrylic has cracked so much, and there is now tea that has somehow seeped in between the layers. Impossible to clean.

This product makes a big mess all over the counter top. Great if you like cleaning up tea. Tried to contact Mr. Coffee for any type of help with no response whatsoever. Really surprised that this product is still on the market.
