This glass carafe holds twelve 5-ounce cups of coffee and comes with a black plastic handle, knuckle guard, and lid. It’s dishwasher-safe. The carafe fits these two Krups drip coffeemakers: model 453 and model 452. It also fits Krups model 137, model 134, and model 141, but for these three models the original carafe lid must be used instead of the lid accompanying this carafe. –Fred Brack

I loved it and I have found more things to buy from amazon. I thought amazon is only for books and music. I was wrong. I am a regular coffee drinker and I can’t afford to skip one. I couldn’t find the Krups 12-Cup Carafe from the manufacture’s web site and were planning to trash my coffee maker for good. Fortunately, amazon has saved my coffee maker. Thank You amazon.

The old one lasted three years. It took a very swift collision into the side of the sink for it to break. Thank heavens they are selling replacements, this one fit right in.
