caffeine is a stimulant, and yes alot of people take it before they work out, if you look at all the “pre-workout” supplements..most of them all they do is give you a caffeine rush, mixed with some creatine..so save your money and just buy like caffeine pills or just drink coffee before working out if you want something to give you an energy rush…along with that ive heard of people eating like an apple like 1 hour before working out, and other “energy” foods..search up on google.. or go to bodybuilding.com/forums and check out some of the forums…you can learn alot of information from there..also eating alot before working out isnt the best idea…you should eat alot of food throughout the day..but you dont want to be full going in to workout…for one it takes energy to digest your food..which you dont want that taking away from your workout, and secondly you most likely will get sick if you go in there with alot of food in your stomach…

you should probably have healthy foods before and after you work out. probably like a fruit smoothie before, so you can burn off those calories and other stored fat. then after, you should have some fruit, veggies, a protein bar or just another fruit smoothie!

why on earth would you eat chocolate before working out.
