I am not planning on doing this. But If I were to drink a few sips of strong coffee every hour for like a month, would I eventually pass out? How long could I stay awake if not?

The caffeine in coffee can keep you going for quite some time, but eventually you will just go to sleep.
I’m not sure how long a human can actually go with out sleep, but I’m going to guess about 72 hours or so and still remain functional.
I know that I can stay awake for about 38 hours with out too much trouble…but I’m very tired and ready to go to bed at the end of that!

Well either you’ll pass out from exhaustion or you’ll have a psychotic episode where your mind starts playing tricks on you, hallucinations, vision disorders, hearing things, slowed and uncoordinated action, that sort of thing.
The mind isn’t meant to be that continually active, when you sleep certain areas either become dormant or are much less active, it’s like allowing a computer to cool down after extended use, if you keep pushing it then it overheats and crashes. Same with the mind, if you don’t sleep then it stops functioning properly.
Also you’d be surprised how caffeine can effect the system, if you drank it like that you’d probably start noticing shakes and tics developing.
I’d say most people could withstand 72 hours with this lifestyle. Longer with practice and a carefully structured day so as not to waste energy and burn themselves out.

I drink some very serious coffee, such that the first two sips will give you a quick shot headache just above your right eyebrow, and I can assure you that if you drink “a few sips” of my strong coffee, every hour for “like a month”, the only thing you’re going to be doing is going to the bathroom to pee more often than you do now, since coffee is a diuretic. Even my coffee’s ability to keep you awake will wear off after a while, but you won’t pass out, and if you won’t pass out drinking my coffee at that rate, you won’t pass out at all drinking coffee at the rate you say. God Bless you.

You would eventually pass out. It probably wouldn’t take all that long. Say 2-4 hours longer than you can normally force yourself to stay awake. But you would not sleep very well. Caffeine is not such a strong stimulant that it will prevent you from sleeping, it will just delay it a bit and disrupt your rest.
