If I Drink Coffee With Milk, Would It Help To Keep My Teeth White?

I cannot give up drinking coffee, but I want to keep my teeth as much white as possible. So the question is: would coffee dye my teeth less if I dilute it with milk?

    No, having any coffe will discolor your teeth. Use a whitening toothpaste evey time you brush. Brush after drinking colas, coffee or tea.

    Nice logic.. hehe
    But yeah.. brush your teeth after every meal and every coffee. Last resort chew gum after a coffee.

    I’m a daily coffee drinker as well and I never thought of that…I would think that since milk makes the coffee lighter in color, it would also keep it from staining your teeth as much. You might be on to something!

    Nope… try brushing your teeth right away after you have a cup.

    nope. instead of drinking coffee though you should try eating an apple once in a while. they help you stay awake (wake up) and they give you whiter teeth.
