Coffee Talk

I have a couple metal thermoses with rubber stoppers that keep the coffee from slipping past the lid to leak. Any ideas on how to remove the stains? I’ve tried scrubbing with salt, & soaking in boiling water with lemons.

Soak them in boiling water with baking soda. I have a Stanley thermos that was badly stained. I filled it halfway with boiling water, added 3 Tbsp. of baking soda, let it sit for about an hour, and it looked brand new. Hope this helps.
