My friend and I are looking into purchasing a fully stocked Coffee Cart, we will be doing Coffee, Pastries, Sandwiches and Ice Cream. What do you think the bare minimum is that we would make in a day?

it really varies depending on weather, time of year, time of day etc. If you get a good location and have great coffee you could have line-ups every morning and lunch. Make about 500 clear a day.. though as i said it really varies.
