If I get french vanilla coffee with 2 packets of splenda and a shot of low fat milk, how many calories are in that?
Im just kinda confused cuz i read a lot about how coffee has 2 calories or like 7 and i couldnt believe it, so if thats true, i want to know how much im drinking.
THANKS

The amount of calories is going to be so little in that cup of coffee! I’m trying to figure out what difference it could possibly make in your daily calorie total…a bite of anything solid would be more calories than that.

It depends— is it french vanilla flavored or regular coffee with a shot of french vanilla syrup? If its already french vanilla flavored then theres 0 calories. If you get it at a coffee shop and they put a shot of french vanilla flavoring in it then thereslike 100 calories. The splenda actually has like 1 calorie per pack and the skim milk has about 12 calories per 1/8 of a cup….so I’d just count it up as 15 calories per cup. (if its flavored coffee)….or 115 if its reg coffee with a shot of vanilla flavoring.

Black coffee has 0 calories; it’s the other stuff you add that adds calories. Splenda has practically none.
