Coffee Talk

I only have 1 3/4lbs of hamburger, a box of Stroganoff Hamburger Helper, and 12 1oz packets of Coffee-mate coffee creamer, and water. Is there any way I can make this emergency diner kit work?

I don’t think coffeemate is a good substitute for milk. I think you’d be better off to just boil the Hamburger Helper noodles in water, and cook the hamburger in a frying pan, adding the spice packet from the hamburger Helper if there is one, and maybe a little water. Put butter on the noodles if you have any.

    oooo….gross
    do the math
how many ounces are in a cup? I’m sad if you don’t know that it is 8. You want 2.5 cups. 2.5 times 8 = 20 ounces. Therefore, you need 20 one ounce packets. Enjoy!

I agree with the other poster - no coffee mate. It has a sweet taste and will make it taste weird. If you have a can of soup like cream of mushroom/celery/chicken you can add that in and about half a can of water or just use plain water. Your kicking up the sodium levels through the roof, but you are probably hungry.
