When I lived in Miami I loved to drink Cuban coffee; I have never been able to replicate it with my espresso machine, even when I still lived there and was able to find the right coffee at the supermarket. Could someone enlighten me as to how to make it taste like it did at those little walk-up cafes in Miami?

first you need a coffeemaker and Bostello Coffee, you will find the little metal coffee maker in the Spanish section at Kroger, and other US grocery stores now…put the coffee tightly packet in the button of the coffeemaker and twist it shut…then add the water….its really easy, but you need that little cheap cafesito machine first…its not electric…http://www.ineedcoffee.com/99/08/cubano/http://www.tasteofcuba.com/cafecubano.ht…http://www.airparkcoffee.com/coffee-cuba…
put lots of sugar in,,,and dont forget to drink a glass of water afterwards…

Skin and dice a Cuban… let the chunks dry for 2 days while you dispose of the bones, skin and hair. Once chunks are dried, grind them and store in an airtight container….
LOL, You probably aren’t getting the same flavor due to the ‘additives’ in the store bought cups of java… If you can remember the name of the place you got coffeee from search for recipes and y ou might be able to find out what needs to be added to make it taste the saem or very close.
