Coffee Talk

I need to stay awake, which means that I will be drinking a lot of coffee. When I drink a lot of coffee, it gives me a stomach ache. Is there any way to ingest the caffeine without negative side effects? For example, would drinking a lot of water help?

sure water would help, try eating something small too like a biscuit so your stomach doesn’t get upset. you might also want to try those energy shots at walgreens they work well. good luck to ya

Just focus on a few cups of coffee then alternate with Green Tea which I think has a lot of caffeine in it but yes drink a lot of water to keep you hydrated. if you want to think of your health stay away from energy drinks they’re bad for you.

drinking a lot of water would not help. if you are used to drinking soda, energy drinks could be a solution.
i don’t like coffee, so when i need to stay awake i turn to Red Bull.

If it is really necessary to drink so much of it then make it far weaker than you would normally have it and as others have said try having a biscuit or other small snack with it.
