Ok I want to know how to make good 1: latte style coffee, 2: mocha and 3: both of those but with instant coffee. The equiptment I have is: a small one cup plunger coffee maker, ground coffee, instant coffee, cocoa and various sugars. Thanks.
Btw I like my coffee medium/strong.

Forget the instant, it will not make a good Latte style drink.
You can make a decent coffee drink with the french press, but if you can get an Espresso machine, or a Moka pot that would work even better.
Use the french press to make a strong cup of coffee, Clean out the press very well, and put your milk in it. and pump the press quickly to create the foamy froth you will want for a latte, I use about 1/2 cup of milk for one cup of coffee, and warm the milk in the microwave for 30 sec first when I make mine. I also use Hershey’s syrup, Chocolate or Caramel, I put a shot of it in the coffee, and drizzle some on top of the foam.

I don’t know that you can make “good coffee” from instant/ freeze dried beans. Grinding your own coffee/espresso beans is the most effective way to obtain max flavor. To make a latte or mocha you’ll need an espresso machine. Lattes consist of espresso & steamed milk, simply add cocoa for a mocha. General rule of thumb…the more beans the stronger the brew (using espresso beans opposed to coffee will also help). Hope this helps.

First, throw out the instant coffee.
The french press will make great coffee, if the grounds aren’t stale, but lattes are made with espresso, so that’s out.
Make the coffee with the press pot, add some cocoa if you want to give it a mocha flavor & enjoy.
When you can make an espresso (see link) you can try the rest.

i make iced coffee all the time with instant coffee.
With a 20 oz shaker bottle, use
4 tbsp instant coffee
4 tbsp dry creamer
4 packets sweetener/Splenda
4 oz HOT water
Shake until all is dissolved
Fill the rest of the bottle with 12 oz of milk
and the remaining bottle with ice until full
Shake again and enjoy!

A little chicory perks up the taste of old coffee beans. It’s a good thing.
