everthing in moderation if the studying dont kill yah first the coffee certainly will. Two or three cups a day is fine, those energy drinks are very unhealthy, try eating more fruits citrus and vegeatbles for more energy ,youd be surprised how much instant energy you get from a big glass of orange juice. Hope your study goes well.

Drinking coffee every day won’t kill you. Just don’t go crazy with it. Try to moderate yourself to under 2 to 3 cups a day. Drinking coffee every day will build your tolerance to caffeine so your body will begin to need more caffeine to feel the same effects as it did. Caffeine also makes you more alert, so yes it will help you study.

study’s show that 2 - 3 16 oz cup a day have no health affect, assuming that there are no current heart problems you’ll be fine.
if you however were somehow able to drink 300 cups within one hour it would kill you…
