Coffee Talk

My mouth seems to swell up inside from coffee. I don’t know if it is the confectionary sugar, the coffee or the cream in the combination. I notice this most with instant coffee though.

Save your self a dr.s appointment. give up the instant coffee today….. Try tea hot tea has many low fat and sugar free choices….
I recently became bothered by indigestion and when I went from coffee to tea it made a big difference.. I know you may not suffer from indegestion but I thought I never would either.. Just try the tea is is really good.

It’s a pretty strange thing, what you might not have been allergic to yesterday, you may become allergic to tomorrow. You may be having a reation to the coffee, since it is more noticeable with instant coffee. I would make an appointment for an allergy test. They test about 100 things at once and it is a good thing to know. Everyone should have a test every 3-5 years just to be sure there are no new allergies popping up. Good Luck

Good question. I’ve never heard of an allergy to coffee but I’m sure it’s entirely possible. You should ask your doctor and have an allergy test to see what you’re allergic to
